Welcome to the College of Science Advising Center(COSAC)!

 

Our goal is to provide academic and career advising to all College of Science majors, with particular focus on frosh who are in their first three semesters at SJSU and transfer students who are in their first year at SJSU. Currently, our office is serving Biology and Chemistry majors; however, all College of Science majors are invited to stop by to have general advising questions answered or to meet with a peer advisor.

Students With 120 Units or More

Students with 120 units or more should meet with their faculty advisor to plan for graduation.

Important Dates for Fall 2009

Thursday, September 3 is the last day to:
- Drop classes or withdraw from SJSU without a "W" grade.
- Add and drop courses of equal net value and not be responsible
for additional state university/non-resident fees.

Friday, September 11 is the last day to:
- Add classes
- Submit instructor drops, if the instructor wishes to use that option.
- Submit CR/NC and Audit options
